The parents of two of the four Prairie View A&M students killed in a van crash earlier this month have filed a defects lawsuit against the van's manufacturer, Ford Motor Co. In a lawsuit filed Monday in Marshall federal court, the families of Samuel Sturns and Jerome Jackson accuse Ford of design and marketing defects in its 15-passenger van, as well as breach of warranty for selling an allegedly defective vehicle.
