Heinz Schweinert, sales manager at Carr's Honda Center, has received about a dozen calls in recent few weeks from people asking the same question: "Do you have that car that gets 70 miles to the gallon?" Next month he will. Honda Motor Co.'s Insight, a hybrid that uses both a gasoline engine and an electric motor, is trickling into U.S. dealerships. Schweinert already has seven people who asked to be notified when the two-seater arrives at the Chicago dealership.
